※Be advised The renter still needs to compensate for any deductibles and operating losses due to intentional damage, theft, and failure to obtain insurance compensation or insufficient compensation.
※Be advised When the vehicle is a total loss, the customer still need to compensate for 10% or 20% of the insurance claimamount and business losses.
※Be advised If vehicle accessories/equipment are stolen separately, full compensation and business losses will still be required.
  1. This service is provided by Pony Car Rental staff, and the customer will decide whether to purchase or not. Customers are not required to purchase this passive product and Pony staff would not actively sell this service.
  2. By purchasing this service, if the vehicle is involved in an accident such as self-collision, damage, theft, etc., the driver should call the police and request an accident report. The driver will be exempted from paying the vehicle body damage insurance deductible of NT$15,000 or NT$50,000 (include 6-9 seater, imported cars, electric cars) as stated in Article 4 of the lease contract, or theft insurance deductible 10% or 20%(include 6-9 seater, imported cars, electric cars) of the insurance determined claim amount. vehicles and pure electric vehicles, but does not include total loss of the vehicle, vehicle theft, intentional damage, theft of individual vehicle accessories/equipment, wrong fuel filling, unknown vehicle damage, entire vehicle glass, tires and other items that are not covered by the insurance. When multiple accidents occur within the same car rental contract, only the first accident is applicable for insurance.
  3. WDW covers tires, all glass and windows during the rental period. if the tire or glass is damaged, the renter must notify Pony Rent's staff to a) tow the vehicle back to the shop for replacement as appropriate, or b) go to a repair shop for replacement and repair, and obtain an invoice or receipt, then when returning the vehicle provide Pony Rent's staff with said invoice or receipt for payment. In both cases, if the repair cost is more than $5,000, the renter will be required to make up the difference.
  4. This program will be effective if the renter obtains the proof of police report. This program does not cover drinking & driving, untold vehicle damage, settle the claim on renter's decision, damage caused by weather and riot.
  5. In order to purchase this service the renter must hold a valid driver's license for more than 2 years (inclusive), and the lessee driver and co-driver must have no driving violation records. Special circumstances will only be accepted after being reported and approved by the service staff.
  6. If Renter need to have a co driver, pay additional NT$200 per co driver each day (cannot have more than two co drivers.) Special circumstances are required to be reviewed by service personnel.
  7. For this add on program, if renter rent a vehicle for more than 20 days but less than 30 days, renter will only be charged for 20 day fees.
  8. Renter could only purchase this program before rental period starts. This program is only applied during the rental period on the contract. Renter will not receive a refund for early return.
  9. Pony Car Rental reserves the right to interpret, change or terminate the service contents.
